This battle is doable way below level 100 I killed it with 1 Finest Artes at like level 55 to 60.

The irony of Finest Arts is, it sort of takes the badass aspect of the game (the ARMS and reloading features) and says "screw it, use melee to wreck peoples shit up"

I never noticed til now but for 2002 the cel-shading in this game is really well done, i remember wanting to buy this game after i played the demo couldnt find it anywhere i was sad :( but 2 years later picked it up at a game shop for 5 bucks one of the best 5 bucks i ever spent lol
