I'm beginning to think that if Ten is watching Eleven right now from inside his head (where all the other Drs go when they regenerate), he is jealous as hell. I figure that Eleven in the man that Ten always wanted to be: at ease, relaxed and a lot more in control. While Ten was very inwardly focused ("I'm Last of the Time Lords, so you should all do what I say!"), Eleven is a lot more focused on others (he spends so much time trying to make things right for Amy and Rory).
I think the Doctor needed to change so that he could get back on track. Suppose he knew deep down that he needed this, no matter how much he denied it.
So I think this video's plot is Ten admitting he needs Eleven if he's ever going to feel okay again.
