How Do I Stop The Hurt?

I have just lost someone very close to me and I cant seem to shake the pain.
I will get hate for this video but I really need the advice.

Crying is good, you are supposed to cry when you mourn. When my father died I tried so hard to hold it together but I finally realized that I felt better when I let it out through tears. There is no secret to lessening the hurt. My best friend died last year and I let it out then too, I still do on occasion, I think it's healthy. I miss him and my Dad so much sometimes even though Dad has been gone for 5 years. It never stops hurting, it just get s a little less painful in time.
