  • Wow all this talk about ford being great and nothing to show for it. Bet my 5.7 Tundra woul whoop that ass... i beat ford, dodge and chevy nearly every day. The nearly part is cause after several days winning i like to give everyone a chance to getto feelin good enough about themselves to race again ;). Haha but anyways yeah outside of truck is cool, but inside... wtf... shedding weight requires a little more than that my friend...

  • sold the interior to buy the exhaust??

  • That's a nice exhaust system but what the hell did you do to the interior???

  • @sfyamaha21 oops my bad sorry I shouldve mentioned the f150 runs propane and gas lol and I shouldve pointed out earlier that the engines arent even recongnizable to the stock engines anymore my warranty isnt even valid on it I will say this YOU ARE RIGHT, your right the stock engines even with a programmar arent that great on mpg "btw I bought a 2011 f350 crewcab short bed the 6.7l is pretty good" but these also depend on the owner like mods or how they drive

  • @sfyamaha21 I dont drive city im in a small town with dirt roads and they dont have speed limits on the gravel and the main street speed limit is 50 mph other then that I only drive interstate It has been 2.5 years sence ive been somewhere with more then 5000 people in my f450 or my f150. and trust me I rebuilt these engines I built these engines right almost every part on my engines are aftermarket and it really is helping my mpg but ya I do try unlike most ppl

  • @sfyamaha21 I went to college to become a diesel mechanic I ended up being a trucker and ive been driving a semi truck for 20 years and your right FORD has never made a engine that has had that kind of mileage and I dont B.S. because it is for the weak and retarded but if you knew me you would know that the engines in my trucks are FAR from stock and my f150 uses both gas and propane without pulling that nearly doubles your mpg and the f450 is far from stock and it helps my mpg so bite me

  • @Trailerrigger The 6.4 at best get's 14 with no tune in the city not pulling! Last time I checked with the hot shot companies deilivering me parts pulling they are getting between 8-12 mpg depending how much they are towing! 7.3 is the only ford diesel worth a shit, 6.0 sucked (turbos, head gaskets, head studs blew all the time) 6.4 junk, turboes overheating. (though if built wright can be a frekin rocket), and the 6.7 that is actually ford made hasn't won me over yet! but i here good things.

  • @Trailerrigger There is know way in hell you are getting 20MPG while towing in a 6.4! Worst diesel, and worst gas mileage international motor ever. There is a reason they only made it for 2 years. Dude don't BS I am a diesel mechanic for EMD, ALCO, GE engines. As for your F-150 getting 25 pulling a ski boat is got to be the biggest crock of it all. The 5.4 barely gets you 18 with out pulling anything. Ford has never had a f150 to get past 25 mpg let alone doing it pulling something!

  • @sfyamaha21 and it isnt a newer one it is a 2009 f450 king ranch after the aftermarket parts im sitting at 20 mpg while towing depending what is on my 45 ft 5th wheel flatbed and it is one of the trucks that never got a recall notice other trucks did but mine didnt

  • @sfyamaha21 ok fine btw I usually only drive fords exept for my 98 ram 2500 and the company truck I use "2011 ram 2500 cummins laramie longhorn edition" but the only gas vehicle I use are my 2005 f150 which I have a programer on I get 25 mpg pulling my skiboat and 21 mpg with my rv trailer or my car trailer and the rv trailer I use is about 10k pounds and after I the car in my other trailer is bout the same weight. other is my 2007 expedition EL with a custom 6 inch lift with same mileage
