Seats for an Edinburgh landing please

Final descent into Edinburgh Airport from the West aboard bmi Airbus A320 G-MIDT. Look closely and you'll see the two Forth Bridges which are perpendicular to the runway.

Im landing there tuesday 17/04/07. I hate flying!! :-(

I fly in and out of Edinburgh every other week pretty much - no problem it's a nice airport! Try to get a seat on the left hand side of the aircraft as you get a much better view whichever way you come into land. If you land towards the West you'll see the Royal Yacht Britannia docked by the Ocean Terminal and then the city up behind it - look for the Castle in the middle. Flying in towards the East you'll see the two famous Forth Bridges. Enjoy!

i live next to glasgow airport i always here them takeoff and land .. that looked like you hit the runwway twice ? nice vid

im the same, i always try and get a seat on the left because if your coming in from the west you get a great veiw of broxburn can even pick my house out, beats google earth any day

I live beside the two bridges, i can hear the planes take off every night when i go to bed :)
