Innocent are being punished in Nepalese Army while culprits are walking with their heads held high. What amazes us is that high officials are covering the culprits..... no wonder even high officials' hands are full of guilt and crimes... They should be severely punished.... Hang them till dead and make them learn their lesson. It is sure that they will go straightly to hell after death. Even the culprits families should suffer the same as Maina's family....
