mac is a good computer, but some of the programs such as dreamweaver, indesign, photoshop, illustrator, etc. can be frustrating if you're not familiar with them

In the 80s and early 90s, Mac's were superior but as of the last 15 years PC's have almost matched in operation. IT does depend on the user, though. I'm not wacking PC users, it's more of their profession and how the computer itself is used.

Macs and Window PCs are almost equal now.

PCs can do everything a mac can, and more, but now Macs can also run windows.

But the only thing that still makes PCs better, is the fact that when you break a mac physically, you're fucked.
