Ghost/Alien? caught tape in upstate NY *NOT FAKED*

Backround Info: My two friends ( Ryan+Cody ) just went inside when I heard what sounded like whispering so I turned my camera on and pointed it towards a brand new house because no one lives in it yet but the lights are on which struck me as odd, this video is completely unedited and not hoaxed or faked in any way possible, I was the only one of us three outside so it would be impossible for me to walk across the window from that distance and run back to my camera in that short of an amount of time, if you want to leave any comments on what you think it could be please do because we have no clue what this is, thanks.

this is ryan haha. but right before he filmed this we were walking up my driveway right nxt to it and me and cody heard a baby cry and then i looked in the window of the house and saw something run by it. when we went inside dustin walked hoem and passed the house and head the same things and filmed it.
