Yes so refreshing compared to the 'music' of today!

Life is so funny. When my brother and I were kids in the 70's 80's we neer listened to Reeves; we never like the stuff. We thought they were for old folks cuz my Grandma and our friends parents loved it. We were always upset when we heard them. Here I am now almost 40 years later as I approach 50 and those are the sweetest sounds an ear can hear. REminds me of my cherished "Mummy Granny"

The instrumentation here is superb. Perhaps done by his widow.
As I read that she kept new version of his songs coming out.
What ever this is just superb!
Can anyone clarify this.? From Feb 5-15, 5,500 hits > 500 hits per day.

I'm so glad my Mother introduced me to Jim Reeves... this was one of her song's she loved to sing... you cant beat the old music, like Connie Francis and Loretta Lynn brings back so many memories for me... Love and miss you Mam everyday.....
