What exactly is a Chicago accent? Northwestern University professor Linda Gates has it down to an art. Gates, the head of voice in the Theatre Department at Northwestern, has worked as a voice and dialect coach with actors in theater, film and opera on and off Broadway. She most recently used her magic to turn Australian actor Jason Clarke into a believable Chicago cop -- or should we say "caw-p" -- for the new Fox drama "The Chicago Code."
