You think this is bad? My cousin in Romania had his phone stolen in the subway. At least the gypsy that stole it was polite enough to take out the SIM card and put it back in my cousin's pocket without him even noticing!!

Ummm, that's very rare lol, even Americans that haven't been to Europe are VERY aware of gypsies. We have them here. Particularly, in the city I work in, for years they're known for stumbling out of a business beaten up by business owners and staff for getting stupid trying to con or rob. Maybe, after the 30th punch to the face would an American say "ok, that's enough, your gonna kill him." That's the only defense I've ever heard.
