This is my body transformation after meeting all the fine folks who workout at Lincoln Terrace and Wingate park. 14 months.. But my body changed after 4 months of proper nutrtion.. I've been working out religiously for 5 years.. Following all the advice from these bodybuilding magazines.. Followed the lifting routines along with nutrition advice from professional bodybuilders.. Only led to getting to be a fat fuck.. Even though I worked out 5 days a week.. Sometimes 6 days.

Knowledge is power.. Subscribe to this channel.. Going to detail exactly what I did after a lot of studying about somatotypes and proper training programs and nutrition.. Using NO WEIGHTS!!!! Just extreme calisthenics.. Even regular calisthenics with a little twist..

  • @skipcloudwalker in the video you said no tredmill. Does that mean you just do calisthenics and no cardoo and lost all that body fat? Also what begginer exersises do u reccomend

  • Nice video! This is what happened to me too. I tried to build muscle, but my man boobs got in the way! Horrible. Man boobs are pretty much the hardest part of weight to lose because that's where all the fat and grease gets stored up. Nice video, and keep on working. I like the fact that you did it naturally without supplements.
