THE INSECT SURFERS "DELMARVA" live at Forbidden Island Tiki Lounge 10/23/2010

This is part of the Forbidden Island's ongoing indie band series. Saturday afternoon playing in a packed matinee show on October 23, 2010 "the Island" featured one of the coolest surf bands on the planet, The Insect Surfers!
What a great show it was too, the audience went surf/insect/crazy over them! 

I (Christopher Sorrenti) had the pleasure of doing a two HD camera shoot of this fantastic surf band with Brokken Wralstad doing assistant HD camera with me.This is one take and two cameras! Feel the vigor of the "Insects" as the video moves you!

Let's just say I was inspired to do this music video and got put in a hypo-insect-surf trance by David Arnson and Marty Tippens, mesmerizing guitar moves, the walking, stalking bass lines of Jonpaul Balak and the beating drum /percussion licks of Adrien Anthony!

You can see two of the Forbidden Island regulars behind the bar in the ending crowd shot, Michael Thanos friend and owner of Forbidden Island and my favorite bartender the sultry Ms. Suzanne Long whom, roars at the camera like a lion thus, showing her approval for the "Insects" and my cinematography ; )
