@LexFitness please answer my question..I am plateuing on barbel bench and i was wondering do you think it's a good ideato switch between dumbbells and barbells?? i,e week to week, so one week dumbell chest press, next week barbell....or lshould i switch every month?? :D cheers bro...

hey lex, in your shredded interview you say your schedule isnt the same weekly due to work, but if you could give a basic idea of what the average week looks like routine wise, what would it be? How often do you like to hit bodyparts, and how often do you like train everything. Also, do you not do regular deadlifts for back?

Hey ok questions answered :)
1. I get each body part trained once in each 7 day cycle. I train 5 days per week as a rule so its very achieveable. Check out my SIMPLYSHREDDED interview for workout breakdown and don't forget to hit up the facebook page LexAesthetics!!
2. You should utilise Barbell and Dumbbell work throughout. Bench press with a Barbell can cause shoulder aggrivation and personally I prefer dumbbell work. Try hitting incline with barbell and flats with the dumbbells
