Why do I have only 3 patterns and you have like 15 of them?

@Alvladssword You probably mean textures, well you need to click on that little arrow to the right of the window and load all the other textures. Once you select a texture from the dropdown menu, you can either click apply, to see only those textures, or append, to add the textures to the window. I recommend appending all the textures, it'll give you lots of textures in a single window, making it easier to use next time you do something like this.
Hope it helped and Merry Christmass ^^
