After epic trials Ive finally managed to finish this video that I started about a month ago. That is, Ive finally managed to find a way to trick that dumb ass win movie maker into letting me save the project as an avi file.
It was a real pain to try and match the words of the song to the action in the videos (a mere quarter of a second can take it all off track) but I did my best to make it look like the song describes what is going on, so I hope you like it.
The story of the video is pretty simple, actually the title says it all!

Original characters that appear:
Amarice (played by Jennifer Sky) the oldest daughter of Vanora and Bors; she is in love with Lancelot but is too shy to approach him. Also, she befriended a Woad female warrior who trained her to at least be able to defend herself if attacked. Amarice however dreams of becoming a warrior.
Maniya (played by Kate Beckinsale) a traveler coming all the way from Persia to find a Britton woman she once knew and rescued from slavery at the hands of Romans. She becomes Gawains lover and Amarices new mentor, after the Woad woman dies.

Both characters belong to a King Arthur fanfic I am writing. You can read it at the address below:

Once again, your editing is poetry. You'll have to give me lessons sometime. Great job. I love Gawain, so I always enjoy your vids.
***** and a Favorite from me.
What program did you use to capture the video?
I'm sure I have asked you that time and time again, so why should I break tradition now? lol.
All I have is Windows Movie Maker currently, so I am looking for a good program to invest in.

Thank you very much!!! Im so happy you liked it and yeah, I love Gawain as well :D
I went through hell making it because I use windows movie maker as well and its so f*ed up at times. At one point it crashed every 2 or 3 minutes for no obvious reason and then I had to wait 5 or 7 minutes for the project to open again.

Well, the way I do videos is kinda complicated, but its the best way to achieve what I want. So, the movies I have are avi files. I use a program called Win AVI Video Converter to convert the files to vob (DVD format). Then I use a program called DVD Shrink to cut out from the movie the bits I need. After that I convert all these small clips to avi (since they are all in vob format) and then I import them to windows movie maker in the order I want.

This is the only way to get what I want since my videos are basically a collection of a few hundred small clips of 2 or 3 seconds each. Thats because it is very difficult to find in a movie long clips where the character you need appears alone. And I need clips like this to make it seem in my video that characters from two different movies are interacting with each other.

And speaking of your former name SaxonwithAxe, Im in a Saxon-liking period right now, :P lol, so I might do a movie only with the Saxons in King Arthur pretty soon :D.
