  • Ramsey is an ancient, dimwitted, arrogant, inept, obese political hack would not qualify to be a head janitor in the private sector, which has real standards for employment. Merely because he has ordered the arrests of .2% of corrupt cops versus the previous commissioner's .1% does not make Ramsey a good leader. There will never be any legitimate accountability in Philadelphia's corrupt joke of a police department. Arrests of scapegoat pigs (disproportionally minority) neither count nor help.
