@DevonHomeBrew That comes from using dark malts and long mash times. Full mash brews always seem to have healthy fermentations.

I gotta tell ya... i've been watching homebrew vids for a solid month now and this was one of the more entertaining i've ever seen. Good job! Don't stop! Hope that English Stout comes out great. It looks beautiful. Cheers!

This is amazing. It's pretty much the same thing I watched at Panther and Northcote but on a smaller basis. I know that sounds obvious but to me it's fantastic and really makes me want to brew all grain.
