This is part 4 of Special Series of stretches for sleep position to be done as soon as you wake up in the morning.

This is stretch 2 of 2 for those who sleeps on the side. Detail of this position is in Stretch For Side Sleepers Series Of Sleeping Position 3

Another stretch for side sleepers (can be done with a belt or a rolled up towel):

Rolled up a towel or you can use a belt
Hold the towel with your right hand
Lift your right hand above your shoulder
Drop the towel behind your back
Pull the other end of the towel with your left hand from the back
Hold for5 seconds
Hold the towel with your left hand
Lift your left hand above your shoulder
Drop the towel behind your back
Pull the other end of the towel with your right hand from the back
Hold for5 seconds
You can move your hand closer together to get a better stretch.

Repeat 3-4 times or until you feel a release.
