@oragiaxilo is that all? i just bought the same bike and when riding with my friends thats all you hear, it is winter though. i hear it should go away with time anyway
Sopunds Like the pads and brakes need bedding in i was riding down my strret stopping and skidding just putting the brakes under heat and trying to wear the pads a bit. After that twas fine no squeal until you rode it in the wet.
I have the same bike - without the squeal, but before I installed the wheels the first time I cleaned the rotors with solvent. The brakes work very well. How to fix the noise? Clean the rotors, rub the pads on some fine wet and dry paper on a flat surface. Or ride it down a long steep hill. Or replace the pads. Avids are not immune to squeal, no disk brakes are just search YouTube for "loud Avid Elixir Brakes"
So many people have the same problem with those shimano brakes. i've got the same bike and am just about to have my brakes replaced with a juicy 3 system. It seems to solve the problem.

Disc brakes do sound like that when they are cold or new, after riding for a while you will notice that sound wears off.

I had the same noise, but mine was because I exploded a can of Dr. Pepper in my garage and it got on the brakes, a quick cleaning took care of mine
