MODS are MODifications of the oblivion game, ONLY FOR PC. They are FREE and totally allowed by bethesda! THEY ENCOURAGE modding of their game. NONE of these mods are aquired by the console, SERIOUSLY YOU HAVE NOT DONE IT BEFORE. Don't get me wrong, I LIKE comments from you guys asking questions, but then theres these idiots who think they know the answer. I will delete comments and even DISABLE them.
