Even if the trains are slightly outdated, it is very interesting and pleasant to travel arround on them.

First of all as a sri lankan I would much thankfull to the person who upload this vedio clip. But I am not much happy with the comments he is telling in the back ground. As a person who is coming from out side the country, he cannot compare our country with his/her country. And he may not know, this Railway Service helps most of our poor people's day to day transpotation. And the train ticket fee is still staying as it is for long time.. Better to think about the country before upload.

The worst train disaster to ever happen occured in sri lanka. "The queen of seas" was hit by the 2004 tsunami wave into a village. Killing a thousand or so people.
