This occurs because he is not lifting with his thighs but chiefly with his lower back.The bar needs to rub against the shins and because he is tall ( look at his spinal angle to perpendicular), he needs to roll the bar back towards him just before lifting and perhaps he should not be doing any reps, unless he can slow down and squat deeper and roll the bar back towards him again before lifting.
Good lift, but you should't lower it so slow that puts really bad pressure on your lower back.
Lift it, drop it real fast so you can use the momentum of the drop to get it back up again.
My best lift is 192.5 kg
