@BigDream64 I might consider it if I ever see an appropriate correlation between the two (which is how this all started), but I'm not just gonna throw Spongebob and EarthBound together for the sake of doing it. That's how all the thousands of crappy AMVs and splices on YouTube were born.
That being said, I have no means or right to stop you if you wish to pursue this idea yourself.

Hey, I need a big favor, I need the background of the Topollo Theater interior, I was wondering if you could let me know where you got it from or send me the file.

@MrInfrastructure Man, I'm not entirely sure... I made this almost five years ago.
Spriters Resource doesn't have it, so I must have gotten it where I get the stuff they don't have: Ulan Shad's EarthBound Maps. He DOES have the map you're looking for, but it has sprites on it.
If you need the sprites removed, I suppose I could do it for you. I do stuff like this all the time, it wouldn't be a problem.

@TBustah Thanks a lot for the website, I got the image I needed. I had it before and I removed the sprites, but I accidentally deleted the file. I have some experience in animation but I was wondering how you get parts of the background on a different layer than the rest, to allow the sprites to go behind objects(like in your scene with Ness mentioning Tom Hanks) I used Fireworks and separated the image into 2 files before importing it into flash, I'm sure there's an easier way, do you know one?

@MrInfrastructure My sprite films are all done with Windows Movie Maker and MS Paint. I just make all of the frames in Paint, then arrange them in the proper order in WMM, then add sound and whatnot.
It's a very time-consuming process, but I don't have Flash, the skill to use it, or a good enough PC to work with it. From what it sounds like, YOU'RE actually the more experienced one with this stuff, not me!

@MrInfrastructure (PART 2)
Regarding the Tom Hanks scene: It's much simpler than you're making it out to be. Like I said, I make all of my frames in Paint. To get that layered effect, I simply pasted Ness over the seat, then pasted a copy of the seat over Ness. It's all saved as a single PNG, then imported into WMM along with all the other frames.
I've only dabbled with these fancier Adobe programs, but you've got to be able to do the same thing in Fireworks.
