Late Habib Painter, Bul-bule Hind (the nickname given by the first prime minister Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru and Pandit Ji was a very big fan of Habib Painter and he will make him his brother), his very great qawwali who gave him this position is (BUHAT KATHIN HAI DAGAR Panghat ki) the greatest qawwal of india early 50-80's, from Aligarh (Aligarh Muslim University also in this city). Now his son (Anees Painter)will represent his most rare qawwalis in various programs national and international places. I am grateful to Amir Saheb who has very kindly uploaded this qawali. I have actually been trying to lay my hands on the qawali's sung by Habib Saheb for over 30 years now. Imagine 30 Long Years. Present day generation would too like these qawali's provided these are made available to them.
