1986 camaro Z28 13.9 1/4 mile quaker raceway.

Just a vid of my Z28 goin down the track. I finally got it tuned in to the 13's and with a 2400 stall and REAL radials its should be a low 13.

@DirtyRomel Well really almost all the parts off on it came on a stock chevys at one time. the vortec heads came on trucks from 97 up and the trans has a corvette servo. 80's camaros came with 3.73 posi, and all the irocs came with flat top pistons im pretty sure. so i could of used a aftermarket cam exhaust intake and carb, and everything else i coulds of got off a stock chevy. so not bad for whats in it. I went to the track last week and i need radials on it.it fries tires through the 60' now

@2001camarolover Summit vortec heads ported. all comp valvetrain, flat top pistons, edelbrock eps intake, 1.6 full roller rockers. lunanti cam. .522 lift with rockers, headers, cutout. 3.73 with weak posi unit. transmission is holding me back alot. it doest shift into third most of the time and when it does it only shifts at about 5000.and the trans has a huge stock truck convertor which KILLS the launches. It only preloads to maybe 1400rpm. w/ a matching trans it should be around 13.5 soon NOS

@REGALBOY82 I haven't run 1/4 mile but, in the 1/8th, it's done 9.09 on motor/8.27 on a 150 shot(outran fuel bowl midtrack). Check out my vids.
