If you eat onions or garlic, you will need to brush again and use the mouthwash. Other than those types of strong foods, your breath remains fresh after you eat.

After continued use, I only use the conditioner for a co-wash b/c it doesn't put enough moisture in my hair when I wash it with shampoo. It might work better after shampooing if I used the hydratherma naturals shampoo but I don't have it. The follicle booster really softens my hair and I like the moisture the lotion provides. However, you really do have to use them daily to keep your hair conditioned. I also use a water/glycerin/shea butter oil mix so I don't have to use the lotion daily.
