I'm in the UK, and I bought Mikes book unsure if I was wasting my money... but I tell you, this guy is a legend. Book is brilliant. So much info about nutrition etc. The reason this book isn't a scam is because the truth of it is, is that Mike basically says there is no "quick" way to getting abs... eat right, work out effectively and you'll get there. best fitness book I ever read. highly recommended.

Mike Geary is awesome. I lost 6 kilo's in the past 2 weeks and my abs are already coming back (I used to have abs a couple years ago, but then I went up 10 kilo's...so yea I HAVE abs, their just covered with some belly fat)

I'm gonna stick with Mike Geary's info for the rest of my life. I have more energy than ever. And you know what? There's nobody paying me to say this :-) I'm just really impressed with the results and his program(s) is a real money-saver. I love it. I'm SuperSmilingSmiley.
