DJ KTMan's Brief Tutorial on FL Studio 5 part 1

This is just a little tutorial on how I remix my music.

I use version 5 because that's the only one I have, and I'm not going to update because there really is no need to.

I might have left out a lot of information, but at the same time, I did leave out a lot of details on purpose so the video wouldn't be so long. With this tutorial, I expect that you should be able to perform the regular tasks needed, such as the Step Sequencer, Piano Roll, Mixer Channels, etc.

If there are any questions, go ahead and ask them. I'll try to answer them to the best of my knowledge.

@FarjeelL If you wish to record audio, you are going to need an audio interface that has a mic pre input. There are many types of audio interfaces to choose from. When recording, there is a lot to consider. You have to make sure you have an audio driver installed in your computer. ASIO is the driver that Windows mainly uses. I think I'll try to make a tutorial on recording in the future since there is a lot to recording.

Choose Option / FIle Settings / and locate where your mp3 or wav files are in your computer.

nice tutorial. I've used FL before, it's not a bad program. Seems like some Hmong DJs I hear out there like that break beat style in their mixes. You got a good ear to find the chords for your remixes.
