  • Good day. I'm a pre-hospital emergency specialist. This kit has some great substance. The needle issue is warrant; the reason is you have to know your anatomy to place invasive needles in the thoracic region. The correct anatomical position is not in a large area, and if placed incorrectly (by a few centimeters), the patient (victim) could bleed out in matters of minutes. But to carry this kit is excellent for if someone is around that has medical training. I would recommend this...

  • @deltaromeocharlie - Thanks. I talk about getting training SEVERAL times in this video as well as talking specifically about the needle at 5:20. I know somebody could bleed out but Tension Pneumothorax is going to kill them in a few minutes anyway.

  • These are out of stock on your website. Are you planning on getting more in?

  • @Hiluxtaco - We sell out often and restock fast!

  • James you and your staff fucking rock.Keep up the good training and videos.

  • Thanks! Will do!

  • Could have used this after I got into a knife fight the other day.....better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it.

  • james isnt a witch docter? well fuck this channel then

  • Another reason to put gloves on is to protect the person you may be working on. Just a thought.

  • Saw you on Swat TV last night, good job!

  • Very good kit . It has everything I've been looking at to put in one of my trauma kits . The nasopharyngeal and a lot of wound packing materials even the thorax needle . Because hey you never know . In mine there will also be a stethoscope and blood pressure cuff . They are bulky but at least have the stethoscope . Whoever is working on you might need it or if you are the one working on someone else .

Great video James . They are getting better and better.

    Thanks

  • James,

Awesome kit. Simple and light weight. The big three are covered.
