Ed and Sandy Taylor of Honey Wagon Farms in Prince Edward County operate a 100% chemically free farm in that they do not use any herbicides, pesticides or fungicides on the farm. Selling their produce on site and in Kingston makes Ed and Sandy well known in the area. The farm is impressive with it's close to 100 acre expanse. An unflappable Ed Taylor makes for an easy on camera interview while Sandy is all too happy to show off the interesting bottles they market the early spring Maple Syrup in. Stop by the farm on your way to Sandbanks Provincial Park on Sandy Hook Road near Picton throughout the summer. You'll find superb organic produce, Maple Syrup and my favorite, butternut squash in the fall.
