Working sets of axle deadlifts from 11/23/2009. Lifts are 407x1,457x1,497x1,552x1 (PR+7lbs),572(M),572(M) and 502x2 (PR+7lb). First time pulling with this axle, very stiff. Axle from Williams Strength.

  • I like that axle, mine is from Ironmind, hollow in the middle and weighs only 33lbs.  The one you use looks solid, 55lbs? Badass whatever it is

    It's from Williams Strength and it weighs 72lbs. It feels a lot tougher than the hollow axles I've used.

    Thanks for the critique. Deadlifting with an axle tends to get me out of position and I do use a lot of back when I deadlift. I'm working hard on getting my legs and back to work as one and I've recently purchased belts for lifting.
