saw them in telluride this summer-- a good rendition, but the lyric change damages the integrity of the art. shows a lack of courage and a need for political conformity. You can criticize your own country, your own great Army that sweats and bleeds for you, but hostile foreigners are off-limits. At least Kristopherson, Waylon and Willie had more courage.
