National City Lines owned LATL and is run by General Motors, Firestone Tire, and Standard Oil from 1945 to 1958. This trolley shown is an H4 class, built in the mid Twentys.

The city goverment was the one that finally ended with streetcars and trolleybuses in Los Angeles in 1963... no local rail transport until the opening of the Blue Line streetcar on the 1990´s.
