@amandarines1979 I went to a local cheap resale shop (Goodwill, Salvation Army, not consignment shops) and got most of it. I was really lucky to find a hideous but perfect tiered black skirt with different black textures. The top I just pieced together from a fitted turtleneck and black scrap fabric. The hat was the most crafty piece. I just took a regular hat from a halloween store and put a lot of glue/starch in it to shape it and painted it. Good luck!

Hey, What an amazing look,
Its looks sensational,
Please can you be specific about how you did it?
So you mixed green eyeshadow with water and applied it to the face??
What sort of eyeshadow did you use?
Please can you reply, I am directing a mini version of Wicked atm, and need this kind of look!!!! :D Thanks :)

@mikeride101 Thanks for the compliments! I used just a cheap, dollar store pressed eyeshadow. It worked better than the drug store brands I tried, but I wasn't willing to splurge on the MAC stuff like they have on Broadway for a Halloween costume. I carved out the pressed shadow into a small bowl and mixed it with water to make a medium to thick consistency paste. I think it was at this point that I should have found a way to set it. Maybe a normal, translucent setting powder would work.

@mikeride101 Then the contouring colors come in. I did not wet the black, but i did still crumble it. Start out with a little on your brush and see how it behaves. If you have some makeup skill, try also incorporating a lighter green, shimmery highlight on the top of the cheek bones, forehead and nose to add more depth and complexity to the look. Use a small, angled brush and the black powder or a traditional dark eyebrow pencil (I prefer the latter) to strengthen the brow prominence.

@mikeride101 Then go to town defining the eyes and be sure to use false eyelashes. Still use regular mascara after applying the false lashes to blend the two. I did also use a bright pink powdered blush that looked great, but it did not last.
Have fun with your production and break a leg!
