FYI: The US & Japan at present holds the largest proportion of shares in the Asian Development Bank. ADB has several projects including the proposed Trans-Afghanistan Gas Pipeline. This project is stalled because of apparent Taliban control in an area the shareholders of ADB want the pipeline to go through Afghan. I don't know for certain right now why this type of info is not widely known or talked about by the citizens of the world. This proposed project is also called TAPI.

What does Shuja mean, " what important to understand is that, it is going to be taken more negatively in some parts of Afghanistan than in others".
That is so wrong. WHOLE Afghanistan are taking this negatively. He shouldn't differentiate Afghan ethnics saying, oh this incident is negative in some parts but not in others.
In WHOLE Afghanistan, corpses are respected.
