Macs are overpriced only if you use them for 3 months and then toss them away.Show me a pc that can last 5-7 years with the same cards motherboards having the same speed it had when bought.There isnt any.when you change motherboards and stuff you basically change pcs.... count those expenses in a 3-5 or more years time and see what you are really paying.And iam not even mentioning resalle value here.

Macs are overpriced in my opinion, especially the used ones you described. Luckily, I was able to scrap a iMac G3 from a friend of mine for free. It just needs some upgrades. Nice video though.

Look up an Alienware PC on ebay , and then tell me Mac has a better resale. An Alienware computer can resale for over three times more than a Mac.

@swisscheesepotatochi Depends on the use too...i had a poor siemens laptop on a...diet too only net and not installing heavy serious apps it lasted quite long.....but every hi end desktop pc i have made from scratch for music recording cracked under pressure after a while.My imac is as fast as the day i bought it 3,5 years ago running every heavy app imaginable and sometimes staying on for days.No pc i had came even close to that.Under heavy work osx shines windows cracks.i had both so i know.

@Dreamdancer11 i had a pentium 4 single core computer that ran windows with a 256mb ram card, outdated graphics card for 10 years without change, and it did not spoil when i got a new one, i sold it to the community centre. The new one i got has lasted me for 2 years without a single change in my hardware and no time did it crash. My friend had a similar single core computer that ran windows for 5+ years and his uncle just gave him a new one as a present, the old one was fully working

i wouldn't buy a new mac what makes you think i would get a 2nd hand one that cost's more then a new top of the range faster and more capable pc

Macs are not overpriced. They just for people with Mula. and Macs last longer and you can resale them in need of money at anytime. Try and sell a PC people will be like" I'd just get a new one for that price" ha

2 problems here. The MAC listing still had the box excreta. Two you can ask what ever you want. it don't mean you will get it.

While the price on used MAC is more than a used other brand PC the loss off original price compared to a non Apple product is far more to.

449 - 1499 = -$1050 for pristine mint like new w80gb drive 4 year old

95 - 750 = -$655 for no box used condition w40gb drive

and more likely 200 tops in 08 even 450 would mean they lose more money than a PC owner by almost 2 times

People say MAC VS PC because Mac is only made by Apple and for a long time only ran MAC OS and couldn't run Windows... that was when that saying came around... and

PC on the other hand was ever other computer that most ran just windows. Now that Mac can run Windows the saying is out of date.

Now I'm a PC Windows plus Linux with compiz fusion and FusionCast Fan my self... A PC + Linux with compiz fusion is way cooler looking than Mac...
