How interesting as I see the place went into foreclosure and the bank owns it!!!
Interesting how you stayed there myponyboy when it's listed for sale, not sure how you'll stay there next year as it's not a rental now it's for sale. Maybe you can buy it since it was so nice for you. :-) I am Brian's wife and I have honestly never seen a disgusting place like this before until we saw this. When I see it foreclosed it restores my faith of karma!!!

sorry about your expierence brian.the jennifer lady your talking about had nothing to do with the property when i rented it recently.it is under new owners.the place was great.very clean.im staying there again next year..my family and i loved it.they cleaned up behind the resort.wasnt an issue..it's a great location.ill take pic's for you when i return next year..

i have stayed at 810 yarmouth.matter of a fact i stayed there a month,it is under new ownership,the place was in clean,it is located behind the catamaran resort.but that was not a problem with me.i was at the beach most of the time.i have no complaints of this property.this video is obviously old..

@MyPonyboy619 I am glad to hear that you had a better experience than we did. Who are the new owners? As you can see from the video, the place was not clean when we went there on November 1, 2009. My main issue is that Jennifer and Danielle Gonzales took our $1,800.00 deposit after giving us false information, and they still have not returned our deposit. Please let me know who the new owners are.
