  • this would put alot of unwanted stress on the elbows i would stick to a barbell squat or a smith machine squat.

  • I`ve been into heavy bb for some time, and let me tell you, the squat is the most important exercise you can do in a gym, because, just like sergio oliva said "squatting makes everything grow" (by inducing testosterone). What you are doing there is kind off like jerking off because it is impossible to use big weights, and thus limiting your testosterone production and your growth. I advise you to stick to the classic squat and I guarantee you`l have a massive physique. Just try it for a while!

  • its much manlier to do this with a bar, i call them thrusters
