NBA 2k9 weird bug

I played the pc-version of the game when suddenly an antivir auto-update started.the game was minimized and when I wanted to maximize it again it looked like this. wasn't the first time I played when an update started but this never happened before. after restarting the game everything was fine again but I had to finish the game this way because it happened in association mode.
