  • To have the font colors / cell fills chenge when the answer is TRUE, use Conditional Formatting. You can set multiple "Rules" for Conditional Formatting using formulas such as IF(). However, the color, fill, etc. for the Formatting will only change when the answer to the Comdition (If Function, etc.) is TRUE.

    So, simply adjust the IF Condition to get different colors or other formatting results.

  • is it possible to have the answers have different font/cell fill colours ? for example

    true = "yes" -would be green

    False= "no"-would be red
