Carlton Landing Charrette

The Humphreys Company, a leading regional real estate development firm, held a presentation and weeklong planning meeting from July 15 to 22, in Oklahoma City to discuss its new premier Eufaula resort community, Carlton Landing. The planning meeting, known as a charrette, was led by Andrés Duany, founding principal of Duany Plater-Zyberk & Company, the nation's most prominent advocate of traditional town planning. The charrette was an opportunity for designers, architects, public officials and interested citizens to come together with The Humphreys Company and DPZ planners to finalize the master plan for Carlton Landing, a 1,500-acre resort community along the scenic shores of Lake Eufaula.
