I have been after Bill to get a transcription Book on his first CD but outside of 2 songs of it being transcribed, we are left to our ears. He has a great flowing Style / technique which I really like a lot. Good Luck.

@snapperjohn1000 Thanks! I'm playing a Larrivee D09. Great guitar, and I highly recommend it for fingerstyle playing.

Good job on a tough song! I remember trying to learn this years ago and there were a couple of parts that I just couldn't pull off. Maybe I should give it another go, since it is one of my fav fingerstyle songs of all time. Zane

Very Well Played. One of my favorites of Bill's. I need to brush up on it, especially now that it's springtime! Looking forward to more posting. Have you tried Miasma? For those who don't know BIll, he's an awesome guy, very humble and my favorite fingerstyle guitar player. Thanks for posting, very good rendition.

Thanks very much for the kind words! I met Bill once in Charlottesville, and agree with your assessment of him. (Except my favorite fingerstylist is Peppino D'Agostino -- but they've got two distinct styles, and I like them both).
I haven't worked on Miasma yet -- I'm trying to get the Road Scholar up to a quality that I would feel comfortable recording. I have some other Peppino songs waiting in the wings, but they're real finger-twisters, too...
