I am doing a low level run through the entire game ATM. Right now I am trying to beat the Dualhead Hydra and it's quite challenging, especially since I don't even have White and most magic spells found in treasure chests because to do this I am avoiding every monsters in the game whenever possible. I might try to gain one more level now though, because the main character dies in one hit when the boss uses his fire attack

I know how fighting that boss on a low level run feels - I wrote a low level guide on GameFAQs. It took me many, MANY tries to beat him. You just have to get lucky and hope he doesn't use his fire attack. It seems that he uses it less often the more you damage him.

Dullahan is a hella hard boss, but one of my favorites. I plan on including a Dullahan-ish boss in my RPG Maker VX game, Sacred Stars.

I read somewhere that this was meant to be a dumbed-down RPG to introduced American and European markets to FF style gaming. Whether that's true or not, I love it :D

The coolest thing I liked about this game was that the enemy's sprite changed as you damaged them to show them getting beaten up.

When I was like 8 or 9 I brought this to my friend's house and his dad was so intrigued that he took over the SNES and made me stay for dinner and eventually spend the night so I could walk him through all 8 hours of the game by word of mouth.

IMO, that robot voice drops the first song from "decent" to "annoying", the second song is pretty good though.

I Played 6-13 and have completed em all and i still think

7,8,10 and 9 had the best storylines and the best gameplay in that order
