details
-if u do this training twice a day (after and before sleeping)
u will be able yo get six packs and v better than this in the video in just two weeks(10min for every training )
how to do the training :-
-in the first one u should direct ur face in front of u and never move it while u r train ,u should make the round completely with the stick
-in the secoud training u should open ur leg about half meter (2 feet and half)
and dont go down with ur body

    and for the daiet i think u should eat all kind if u r thin and eat 4 times a day and protin like tuna after the workout
