the bills could hit you above when you evade the bite by pulling up , but if it comes to hide below - beware of the bills & the fang coming from the ground .

you mean the 2nd form ( Hunter Fang ) ?
you can deal with it easily in 2 ways ^_^
when it starts shooting try evading it's attacks & keep your eyes above for not to get hit by the falling bills or ... forgot what they're called XD , anyway , when the boss pulls back to bite quickly pull your ship above on the farthest distance left side the screen , you can also push below then hiding below it's fang for not get hit by it's bite , but beware of the incoming fang below or bills above you ^_^

@Ghostsimon21 i agree! that Gaga's Rose boss on the Green Inferno stage is sure is annoying, especially it's second form, he always caught me by his bite!

@aliultimate009 search "Super Contra Boss Theme" on youtube listen from :33 on up you'll hear some resemblence, and also, I think the one you were talking about was Contra Hard Corps on the Genesis, the one I am talking about is on the NES
