I love how this sounds so similar to the "Stunt Expo" song but slower and with less instruments.

Play this at the same time as the song "Okami Shiranui" its epic because they sound so similar. Interesting note is that they are both about wolves

I love everyone's input on the symbolism there.
I thought of it as Mr. Fox never having a fear of wolves, but rather he had a fear of the farmers. The only time he mentions his phobia is when they're doing a job and after his last job, he was finally able to confront his fear.
I think Mr. Fox just used the wolf as a cover-up because he was too afraid to admit his true fear. My idea sounds lame compared to the others on here, lol (Also, beautiful song)

My mum has this as a alarm in the morning, so you just hear it going of in the early morning. Quite scary, I you think about it XD XD XD

@pitomba125 Holy shit, I haven't laughed like that in a long time.

@bl709 This is so true. The Music itself represents the moment and the concept of letting go. To some of you, it may just be a beautiful "Aw." Myself, I break everything down to see the logic and the reason behind it. The start of bells at 0:26 represents Mr. Fox going to that wall that he built for himself to be what he wants to become and what he fears. The raising beat in the background progressing at 0:40 is him getting over it, and the absence of background music at 1:01 is him letting go.

So haunting and beautiful.........like a wolf

Kind of reminds you of runescape...

@marjorielard All while this is true and I agree with this, the wolf also represents something much deeper than just a wolf. The wolf IS Fox, or at least a part of him.

@bl709 I took the raised fist to be like the universal symbol of solidarity in the black community or any movement. The fox and the wolf although living different lives still struggle for survival in the wild kingdom controlled by man.
This lone wolf represents so much. It represents everything Mr. Fox wants to become and who he was but, at the same time, it's everything he's afraid to be. And their "fist pump" represents Mr. Fox finally connecting, letting go of all of his fears and accepting that he's not going to become what he's pictured himself as. When the wolf departs, that's Mr. Fox letting go. Letting go of his fears and what he knows that he will never become.
