Where can I find sheet music for "HONKY TONK" for Bb instruments?

Mmm, beautiful.

I studied with Hal in the mid 70's while I was going to Cal State Hayward. I learned a bunch of things from this great master. Thank you, RIP Hal.

Hal was truly an artist. I studied with Hal while I attended Cal State Hayward back in the early 70's. He taught me all about Coltrane and what Giant Steps was all about. He was a real inspiration to me and I will always cherish the priviledge of having been one of his students.

Nice.

Hal was my first saxophone teacher years ago. I used to clean his house for lessons (yuck), but those lessons were fun. He was telling me about flatted fifths before I could barely play a note. He was SO in love with the horn and jazz. I still have the Selmer Mark VI tenor that was his. I understand that it is worth nine times what I paid him for it--he might be pretty mad about that. Love you, Hal!

@staguk334433 This was an exercise Hal created to convey how to play over the blues. This was taken toward the end of his life and he wasn't feeling so well this particular night. He was a great player and teacher.
