You can because Win95 has MS-DOS 7.0 subsystem.
BUT you MUST launch "sam.exe" file for the first time in MS-DOS mode because the "SETMUSE.EXE" file (you can find it in SAMNMAX directory of the CD) doesn't work in Win95 mode ;)

No, if you have the original disc just download SCUMMVM. It lets you play all he old LucasArts games.
