  • @XBlueMuffinX the beatles version is live and the stones version isnt.

  • @mrsoccerboy91 I disagree, I think The Bealtes version is much more up beat, George Harrison's leads are smoother and sound better, and harrison is also singing lead vocals and playing lead guitar at the same time unlike richards.

  • @badboyboogie77 Thats your opinion, Mine is that The Beatles were better songwriters and Better musicians, Harrison is a much better lead player than Richards

  • Roll over The Beatles...

I’m 100% Stone to the bone!

  • It would be epic if Elvis Presley did roll over beethoven.....I like The Beatles version is better, but the Stones' is also cool because it is somebody over than Jagger

  • I like the Stones version better, but I'm not entirely sure their version is live? The Beatles' clearly is. In general though, the Beatles were better lyricists, the Stones were funkier and often seemed to have more fun with what they were doing,..but their lyrics are quite cruel and the majority of the songs are often lyrically shallow-ish, they lack the substance and insight that you can usually find in a Beatles song, if not straightforwardly, allegorically. The Beatles are far more profound.

  • @5991seba Ok, well I just looked it up on multiple beatles sites and they all say its a double tracked lead played by George Harrison on his "Rocky" 1965 Fender Stratocaster

  • @BL80488 i do not care, paul recorded it . There is a book of the personnel of beatles songs and it says clearlly that it was played by paul. i do not remember the name of the book but it is on the internet.

  • @5991seba Idk, I doubt that Harrison would mention that if it wasn't his lead on the record. It doesnt sould like McCartneys leads from that time period either Good Morning, Taxman, it sounds too smooth and fluid like one of George's. I kinda wish Paul didnt try to do George's job, It was probably caused tension between them.
